A Wednesday Recipe - Rhubarb Dessert

Rhubarb Dessert
[From Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends Cookbook - hope you'll get one, see below]


4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 (4 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 cake mix (white or yellow)
2 cups water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer ingredients in 9x13-inch baking pan. Do not stir. Bake for 40 minutes.
